Do you feel that you need more knowledge or advice?

You can take part in my lectures, take a course or book an appointment with me. Due to the restrictions we have right now, all activities are online.

No matter which form you choose, my teaching and coaching is permeated by my keywords; Health must be easily accessible, simple, not difficult and complicated and, above all, the advice must be designed individually. Lifestyle changes rarely work if you think "One size fits all". We are individuals and all have different conditions. To succeed, we need to look at what works for you.

Courses

I offer courses with different themes and lengths. The courses are aimed at both individuals and companies. Example:

- Small adjustments in your everyday life that lead to a life filled with health

- How do you deal with ADHD in everyday life

- Brain fatigue find your own way

The courses include both online meetings and live teaching. All material is available online, which makes it possible for you to participate in the times that suit you.

Among other things, I have collaborated with the Childhood Cancer Foundation and held online courses on the theme "Managing your brain fatigue". The courses were aimed at members of Maxa Livet, ie adults who had cancer as children.

I give lectures in health, stress and brain-friendly lifestyle for small groups and larger public events, companies, associations and private groups.

Advice
